Collective Interest is a multi disciplinary studio that specialises in Architectural Book Design and Production. A cooperative of designers, writers, photographers, artists and architects we share thoughts and ideas to explore book publishing and its processes.

Maya Stocks

Maya Stocks is a diversely talented creative director with over a decade's international experience working in London, Paris, New York and San Francisco in the fields of book design, identity, colour & material design, packaging, aircraft interiors, product design and fashion. Her roster of clients includes the Fondation Cartier pour l'art Contemporain Paris, Nike, Alessi, Apple, Wieden+Kennedy, the Serpentine Gallery London, the Design Museum, Nokia, Samsonite, Ikepod, Qantas, Tefal, Dom Perignon, Smeg, Lanvin, Commes des Garçons and a host of private jet projects. With almost 10 years working as a designer for Marc Newson, and a stint with Apple's award-winning packaging design group in California, she has collaborated with eminent artists and designers such as Hiroshi Sugimoto, Marc Newson, Richard Hollis, Stephen Wolstenholme & Ronnie Cook Newhouse and Bridget Riley.

Max Creasy

Max Creasy is a visual artist who operates within the field of contemporary Architectural Photography. He has worked in London, Paris, Norway and his native Australia. Creasy's work is a mixture of astute observation and contextual relevance. He has completed work for a wide range of people including Final Homme, Sherman Contemporary Art Foundation, Sanaa Architects, John Wardle Architects, Monocle Magazine, Marc Newson, Fabio Ongarato Design, Hassell and Thames and Hudson.

Jeff Burch

Jeff Burch is a multi talented art director and designer who publishes his own books under the moniker thespringpress. thespringpress's catalog consists of a variety publications and objects. Including LP's for the acclaimed artist Marco Fusinato and books for reknowned French photographer Henry Roy. Jeff has also completed commercial work for Insight, the Purple diary and Vogue.

Ofr is a world reknowned book store, distributing and selling some of the most contemporary books within the fields of Art, Fashion, Architecture and Design. Ofr also collaborates with artists, publishers and events organisers. They stock Taschen, steidl, purple books and a huge array of contemporary publications. Previous collaborators have included Nike, Levi's, adidas and The New Museum (New York)

Michaela Lee

Michaela Lee has a varied background in production and design. A native of Los Angeles she relocated to New York City 10 years ago. She now draws on her knowledge of LA, NYC and Paris to influence her work. With major stints as a designer at The GAP, B.C.B.G., and American Eagle she has also worked with Studio Solfield, Ofr systems and Bono.
